We stand behind all our products, and if you are dissatisfied with any item, it may be returned unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt for a credit, refund or exchange.

All defective items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a credit, refund or replacement. (DVD’s, Apparels, and any Tangible Goods, etc,.)
All Media Digital Downloads Will Not Be Refunded. Upon review we will replace or make your digital content available for a re-download.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
A 15% Re-Stock Fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. Write down the Authorization Reference number given to you by the customer service representative.
Repack the product with the packing slip in its original packaging.
Include the Authorization Reference number in the return shipping address our Customer Service Representative assigns to you.
For your security, please return your product with an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. iGotMuzick? is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
